Buyers&#8217; Amount<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-a5f81b6e-4d39-43df-836c-12723611a68a\">\u5982\u679c\u7b26\u5408\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e24\u4e2a\u6761\u4ef6, \u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u7533\u62a5\u4e2a\u4eba\u7a0e\u65f6, \u4eab\u53d7\u6700\u9ad8$750 ($5,000 * 15%) \u7684\u8054\u90a6\u7a0e\u6536\u51cf\u514d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-39d59fa0-ebe5-4938-a500-58c31b56cfbf\"><li>\u60a8\u6216\u60a8\u7684\u914d\u5076\u8d2d\u4e70\u7684\u623f\u5c4b\u505a\u4e3a\u81ea\u4f4f\u623f (principal place of id=\"block-d030ab03-c2ad-4ec5-9144-8024facdb2c2\">\u4e4b\u524d,\u6211\u4eec\u8c08\u8fc7RRSP\u5141\u8bb8\u6bcf\u4eba\u4eceRRSP\u8d26\u6237\u63d0\u53d6\u6700\u9ad8$35,000 \u91d1\u989d\u4f5c\u4e3a\u9996\u6b21\u8d2d\u623f\u9996\u4ed8\u3002\uff08<a href=\"https:\/\/mzcpatax.com\/understand-registered-retirement-saving-plan-from-a-tax-perspective\/\">\u70b9\u51fb\u4e86\u89e3\u8be6\u60c5<\/a>\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-d030ab03-c2ad-4ec5-9144-8024facdb2c2\">\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u5728\u4e24\u5e74\u540e\uff0c\u628a\u63d0\u53d6\u91d1\u989d\u5206\u644a15\u5e74\u653e\u56deRRSP\u8d26\u6237\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u5c06\u89c6\u4e3a\u5f53\u5e74\u7684\u6536\u5165\u3002\u5982\u679c\u53d6\u6b3e\u91d1\u989d\u8d85\u8fc7$35,000\uff0c\u91d1\u989d\u8d85\u8fc7\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u7b97\u5f53\u5e74\u6536\u5165\u5e76\u4e14\u6709\u9884\u7559\u7a0e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-3901e672-f9fc-4515-a657-16aa0def2e0f\">\ufeff<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-48b984c8-5a92-4914-b5b0-a0807c8b0aaa\">3.\u9996\u6b21\u8d2d\u623f\u8005\u6fc0\u52b1\u8ba1\u5212&nbsp;First-Time Home Buyer Incentive (FTHBI)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-e5751633-10ce-490c-aafb-33f87439c77f\">\u8fd9\u8ba1\u5212\u65e8\u5728\u5e2e\u9996\u6b21\u8d2d\u623f\u8005\u514d\u606f\u57ab\u4ed8\u989d\u5916\u76845% \u621610%\u623f\u4ef7\u6765\u51cf\u8f7b\u6bcf\u6708\u623f\u8d37\u7684\u8d1f\u62c5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-e5751633-10ce-490c-aafb-33f87439c77f\">\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u653f\u5e9c\u6839\u636e\u51fa\u8d44\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u5360\u6709\u623f\u5c4b, \u5f53\u51fa\u552e\u623f\u5c4b\u6216\u800525\u5e74\u4e4b\u5185, \u5fc5\u987b\u6309\u623f\u5c4b\u5e02\u503c\u507f\u8fd8\u7ed9\u653f\u5e9c\u5360\u6709\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b (5% \u621610%) \u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-e5751633-10ce-490c-aafb-33f87439c77f\">\u4e3e\u4e2a\u4f8b\u5b50, \u5982\u679c\u60a8\u4e70\u4e86$50\u4e07\u7684\u65b0\u623f\u5c4b, \u653f\u5e9c\u53ef\u4ee5\u501f\u7ed9\u60a8$5\u4e07\u5e76\u4e14\u62e5\u670910%\u7684\u6743\u76ca\u3002\u5047\u8bbe10\u5e74\u540e\u60a8\u5356\u6389\u623f\u5b50\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5356\u4e86$60\u4e07\uff0c\u4f60\u5c31\u9700\u8981\u8fd8$6\u4e07\u7ed9\u653f\u5e9c\uff1b\u53cd\u4e4b, \u5982\u679c\u5356\u4e86$40\u4e07\uff0c\u4f60\u5c31\u8fd8$4\u4e07\u7ed9\u653f\u5e9c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-d8845d68-d60e-478e-ace0-17c3d2765979\">\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u7533\u8bf7FTHBI\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6761\u4ef6:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-c76a0768-8ef8-43fa-8d38-79d97336d1f1\"><li>\u60a8\u6216\u60a8\u7684\u914d\u5076\u662f\u9996\u6b21\u8d2d\u623f\u8005\u3002&nbsp;<\/li><li>\u60a8\u662f\u83b7\u51c6\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u5c45\u6c11, \u6c38\u4e45\u5c45\u6c11,\u6216\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u516c\u6c11\u3002<\/li><li>\u5bb6\u5ead\u5e74\u6536\u5165\u4f4e\u4e8e$12\u4e07\u52a0\u5143(\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u8d2d\u4e70\u7684\u623f\u5c4b\u4f4d\u4e8e\u591a\u4f26\u591a, \u6e29\u54e5\u534e\u6216\u7ef4\u591a\u5229\u4e9a, \u5219\u4e3a $15\u4e07)&nbsp;<\/li><li>\u60a8\u7684\u501f\u6b3e\u603b\u989d\u4e0d\u80fd\u8d85\u8fc7\u6536\u5165\u7684 4 id=\"block-04b0d0f3-d013-4357-8283-a86ff9cd9d98\">\u5f53\u6211\u4eec\u8d2d\u4e70\u623f\u5c4b\u65f6, \u90fd\u9700\u8981\u7f34\u4ea4\u571f\u5730\u8f6c\u8ba9\u7a0e\u3002\u5b89\u7701\u4ece2017 \u5e74 1 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u5f00\u59cb, \u9996\u6b21\u8d2d\u623f\u8005\u53ef\u4eab\u6709\u6700\u9ad8$4,000\u7684\u8865\u8d34, \u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u623f\u4ef7\u7684\u9996$368,000\u4e0d\u7528\u4ea4\u571f\u5730\u8f6c\u8ba9\u7a0e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
